A lot can change in 5 months. I started this project in a quiet month and after 5 of the craziest months I’ve had in a long time, I’m trying to start it back up. The lessons I’ve learned in this period will hopefully allow a couple big steps forward.
Reinforcement: The first iteration is going to be bad. The question is how quickly you learn from that failure and build version 2.0. Or 1.1. Or even 1.0.1. Don’t expect it to be perfect, but make sure that you are moving forward.
Roadmap: If you don’t know where you’re going, any path will get you there.
The appearance of candidate viability. How do you establish this early on? Polling has been used as a heuristic. –> Valence voting.
